Letter to the HSMC: April 24, 2006
First, let me thank you again for helping us adopt Penny. She is a wonderful dog and a great family addition. We have renamed her Dixie. She went to the vet for her initial checkup. Vet said she was in excellent health. She is very energetic and smart. We are using the click-n-treat method of training and so far she is learning well. She has been on several rides and walks. She is very friendly toward everyone and other dogs. The neighborhood kids all like her.
